Media liaison

LYRIC works proactively with the media to build our clients’ profiles and to tell their stories. We like to make a splash! When you have a new product or service, win an important award or land a major new contract — we are tenacious in getting your message out there.

Issues management

We will work closely with you to anticipate possible sensitive issues, and to manage them with care. We will help you to articulate your position, confirm your approach, and ensure key relationships are maintained with integrity and professionalism.

Web development

We can help you create the content of new websites, analyse and update existing websites, or write new modules. Web writing is different to other business writing. It needs to instantly engage. We therefore treat each word like gold — but we’re not precious about the need to delete!

Publications

Publications are indispensable for seeding new ideas, showcasing great work, providing important information and reinforcing key messages. Plain English training

Dense documents full of jargon are a real turnoff — and they cost your organisation plenty. LYRIC offers training in the use of plain English to communicate clearly in written business documents. We like to work with small groups to effect real change.
